A:RPT20 is electric pallet truck, are you requesting pallet truck or stacker ? For the grade of 30 degree, this is out of the gradeability range of all our pallet truck and stackers.. You may need a forklift to be used for such working condition..
Q:What's the differences, or maybe the used between the PU , RU and Nylon wheels?
A:Normally for steer wheel, there are 3 types: Rubber, PU, Nylon For loading wheel, there are 2 types: PU, Nylon. Rubber works best for absorbing shock, and has low noise PU is more wear resistant, and has low noise Nylon has less resistance, so it helps truck to run over obstacles easier. But Nylon has high noise and it is hard so might damage some floor. Globally, most customer are buying PU steer wheel + PU loading wheels In Europe, some customer choose Rubber steer wheel + PU loading wheels For India, most customer are buying Nylon steer wheel + Nylon loading wheels

A:Yes surely we can load in the same container. Actually all the items we produce in China can do mix container loading Such as manual stacker, scissor lift table, high lift pallet truck, electric pallet truck, electric stacker. One of our advantage is that we can offer you full line of warehouse equipment, in the same container.
Q:I need your help for the delivery time, 40 days is too long at the moment. Please check what is the short delivery time, for examples 10 to 15 days ?
A:About delivery lead time, actually we have big quantity exported every month, so production line busy all the time. If it were full container, I will have to follow the order sequence. But initially it is only 36 units, I have already applied for special lead time, 20 days . I hope you can find it acceptable.
