SEND A TECH TO PHYSICAL CHECK AT THE CUSTOMER SITE.
1. Check if controller has error code flashing to locate the failure direction.
2. Check the interlock switch is good or not, with visual checking or multi-meter
3. Check the brake is open or not, with sound checking or multi-meter.
4. Check the forward/backward signal and accelerator in good condition or not, use multi-meter.
5. Check the contactor is connect or not, sound checking and visual checking
After above the on-site tech can locate the problem and then with bring parts for replacement or go back to bring the parts come again to fix the problem.

1.Telephone call customer to shift screen to Engineering Interface.
2.Error code displaying on handle, can easy and quick indicate failure.
3.Ask customer to push forward throttle and backward throttle.
4.In blow picture showing: LOCK, FWD/REV, BRAKE, CONT, if all in any of them not
in GREEN when operate forward, means the relevant part is broken or in problem.
5.Locate the problem & broken parts quick and easy, bring the parts or send the parts to customer for replacement and solve the problem.
